My clients are looking to grow their team, their Litigation Department has a long-standing reputation for successfully managing complex domestic and international and disputes. While it has a diverse client base, it specialises in working with small and medium-sized listed public companies, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses in the UK, Russia & CIS, Africa, EU, Asia and USA.

The firm advises on a wide variety of commercial litigation disputes, including commercial contracts, injunctive relief, ad hoc arbitrations and arbitration under LCIA, ICSID and ICC rules, partnership disputes, minority shareholder claims, professional negligence, intellectual property and media-related cases, opposition and trade mark infringement proceedings, defamation, data scraping and property disputes. All aspects of employment law are also handled.

The Partner will be expected to run their own files and develop strong relationships with clients. Overtime, they will be given a leadership role within the team, including supporting the development of junior solicitors.

Contribution to business development, cross-selling within the Firm and the introduction of new business is expected, although only a following of £50k - 100k is generally desired as there is already work to be handed over.

The role will be an integral part of the Firm's Litigation practice. The Firm is a leader in large scale funded litigation and international arbitration with an emphasis on e-disclosure for efficient case management.

Essential
* Qualified to practise law in England and Wales
* 2:1 legal degree
* Up-to-date commercial litigation experience in private practice
* Exposure to international dispute resolution matters
* Supervision of junior solicitors
* Experienced in document management and e-disclosure systems

Desirable
* Additional language skills (particularly Russian)
* Additional legal qualifications
* Experience in arbitration, mediation or trademark work
