Banking Lawyer

A Magic Circle firm in London are looking for a Banking Lawyer to join their market-leading Banking and Finance team for a Structured Finance focused role. Offered on a full-time, permanent basis, this role is ideal for an NQ Solicitor and pays up to £85,000 per year.

Responsibilities of your new role

Your key functions as Banking Lawyer will include:

• Handling local and international Structured Finance transactions;
• Involvement with complex cross- border financial matters;
• Negotiating and drafting contracts; and
• Managing clients and working collaboratively within the team.

Required skills, experience and qualifications

The new Banking Lawyer must demonstrate:

• Financial market/legal awareness;
• Excellent academics;
• Trained or worked in the Banking team of an international firm; and
• Structured finance experience is preferred.

Salary

The successful Banking Lawyer will be offered £80,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
