SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL, COMMERCIAL AND REGULATORY, UAE

CLIENT: We are working exclusively with a large Ras Al Khaimah based entity who specialise in trade and development. They are seeking a junior to mid-level lawyer who can join their legal team and support a wide range of company activities.

ROLE: You will have a broad remit of responsibility, mostly covering commercial activity, regulatory guidelines and compliance standards. Please note that the role will be based in Ras Al Khaimah, though candidates may commute from Dubai or other neighbouring Emirates, if they wish. This is an interesting position for candidates looking to move over to the in-house market, particularly for detail oriented lawyers who enjoy commercial contracts and frameworks.

CANDIDATE: The intention is to hire a mid to senior-level lawyer with the following background:

- Primary experience will be of a commercial nature

- Good exposure to compliance and regulatory issues

- Arabic is a preference

- 6+ PQE

- You will need to be based in the Middle East and preferably in the UAE already
