Commercial Property/Private Client Locum

A well regarded high street law firm in Somerset is seeking Locum assistance from a Solicitor, as follows:-

The Role:
* To assist with a very heavy workload
* The caseload is predominantly Commercial Property work but also has some Residential Property & Private Client (Wills & Probate) matters too
* Flexible as to start date (anytime in next few months) / length of cover / part time or full time
* Ideally seeking a quality local candidate to forge a relationship with for any future ad hoc assistance as and when may be required
* Secretarial support available

The Candidate:-
* You will be a qualified Solicitor (or equivalent - legal executive, or by experience)
* You will have at least 4 years experience in the area of Commercial Property Law
* You will ideally have experience of also handling Residential Property & Private Client work but one or the other would suffice
* You will have availability over the next few months
* You will have good client care skills and be able to work well as part of a small team
* You will be able to work largely on a standalone basis with minimum supervision
