My client, top 60 Law firm, are seeking a Pensions Lawyer for their London office.
You will join a firm where pensions law is one of the core practice areas of the firm.
The team predominantly advise trustees of Defined Benefit or Hybrid schemes and some Defined Contribution arrangements. You will also advise employers, insolvency practitioners and individuals.
You will advise clients on all aspects of pensions law both contentious and non-contentious including group reorganisations and mergers, scheme design and benefit changes, scheme closure, liability reduction exercises and general Pensions & Finance Acts matters. The role will be largely transactional but will have some contentious work.
Candidates should ideally have around 2 years PQE and experience of pensions law ideally from a leading firm.
