A large, listed Property Group and one of the strongest names in the market, is looking to hire a highly technical accounting manager to lead on all aspects of reporting responsibilities. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills developed in Practice coupled with the necessary Project Management skills to deliver the Groups half year and year end duties.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Fully own the Group's half year and year end financial statements preparation
*Bring together all stakeholders to deliver the consolidated annual report process
*Analysis of complex accounting transactions, acquisitions and reorganisations
*Key point of contact to external auditors
*Provide key financial analysis to support business performance and external investor relations
*Assessment of new accounting standards and other corporate reporting and regulatory developments

Candidate profile:
*Qualified ACA or ACCA accountant (trained in Practice) with at least 4 years PQE
*Lot's of exposure to PLC financial statement preparation and review
*Strong understanding of IFRS/ UK GAAP
*Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
*Strong excel essential, TM1 desirable
