Partner Commercial Contracts. Exciting new opportunity for an existing Partner or ambitious associate to secure a Partnership level position in the Bristol offices of a well known national practice. The successful commercial contracts Partner will be joining a large, supportive national group that has superb client relationships with a number of the UKs leading businesses.

Applicants do not necessarily need a following of work.

This is an exciting new opportunity to develop your practice with a forward thinking and progressive law firm that has offices nationally. The Bristol office has exciting growth plans and as such the successful candidate will play a key role in developing the firm's offering. The role could suit a candidate who is already in a Partnership level role with a reputable Bristol law firm, equally it could be attractive to an experienced associate who is finding it difficult to progress to Partnership with their current firm.

As previously mentioned this a supportive environment where you will be given time, support and freedom to build your practice area. As an experienced lawyer, with strong links to the Bristol market you will have good connections and with support be able to network effectively developing your team over an agreed time period. Obviously an existing following will help with this but in a reality a number of the firms Partners have joined without and gone on to be very successful. Initially the support of junior lawyers can be provided from the firm's national network, however, the ultimate aim will be to build a team around you.

In order to be considered you need to have exceptional technical skills, experienced of advising large scale clients, the ability to supervise junior lawyers and good networking connections. Furthermore you need to have an entrepreneurial outlook and be keen to develop your career in an exciting environment.
