An exciting opportunity for a senior solicitor with at least 5 years proven experience within tax and estate planning to join a top law firm based in central Southampton.

The Role:

The role will involve a variety of complex private client matters with a focus on high-end trusts, tax and estate planning.  You will also be required to play a part in the development of the business and be a key player in its growth.

The Candidate:

You will ideally be at least 5 years PQE, STEP qualified and have experience / knowledge in inheritance tax planning and compliance, trust law, Lasting Powers of Attorney, wills, capital gains tax, stamp duties and income tax.  You will have excellent drafting skills, be a problem solver, and be ambitious and willing to accept new challenges.
