Commercial Property Solicitor - 3 years PQE +

My client is a top 100 law firm who are one of the countries market leaders in residential and commercial property. The firms Real Estate team now numbers over 100 fee earners. Due to continued growth in client instruction they are looking to recruit a further solicitor for their Chambers rated Real Estate team in Exeter.

Working with 2 leading partners, this role will give the successful candidate a chance to experience a wide range of property matters from landlord and tenant and portfolio management instructions for national retailers and corporate occupiers to asset management working for investors, as well as energy projects. The team is extremely busy and the successful candidate will need to hit the ground running.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a real estate lawyer looking for an opportunity to further develop their career. The successful candidate will have had exposure to quality real estate work from a large regional or city firm. They will also have excellent drafting skills, and more importantly a true interest in and commitment to building a career in this specialism.
