JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 1+ PQE

LOCATION: Surrey

SALARY: Excellent

THE ROLE:

A fiercely sought after Locum Family Solicitor position has become available at a successful and passionate firm. The successful candidate will be required to work on matters that include, but are not limited to, divorce, cohabitation agreements and transfer of equity, plus some public law children matters. This role is initially offered as a temporary contract, however has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Family Lawyer will need to have at least 5 years of prior experience in dealing with Family matters. Some experience handling Civil Litigation matters is desired but not essential. You will be confident in your ability to meet strict deadlines and be able to work under pressure. The individual will need to hit the ground running taking over an existing caseload of Family matters.
