Legal Counsel
A sports company based in Berkshire is seeking a legal counsel to join their in-house team for a period of 3-6 months with potential to extend or remain on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving business in the sports industry!

My client is seeking a confident and friendly candidate who has the ability to work well under pressure and build strong relationships with external counsel.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice to a range of stakeholders as well as drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, promoter and sponsorship agreements, championship contracts, supplier agreements and software agreements. You will also be involved in some company secretarial and data protection matters.

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with strong commercial/corporate experience. Experience in sports law or sponsorship is advantageous but not essential.
