Construction Solicitor - Liverpool City Centre

A leading international firm is seeking a construction solicitor to join its highly ranked Legal 500 Liverpool team.

The Role:
· Construction Solicitor
· Predominantly non contentious caseload with some contentious work
· Broad client base including national and international companies
· Picking up a busy caseload which can include( dependent on the successful candidate); contractual advice, contractual terms, development agreements, due diligence, assisting in adjudication and mediation, as well as the drafting of formal documentation relating to construction projects.

Candidate Requirements:
· Construction solicitor
· Ability to pick up a caseload with minimal supervision
· Self-motivated
· Good communication skills
· Good commercial awareness
