Commercial Property Solicitor needed to join a well established firm based in a commutable location with fantastic competitive pay.

As a commercial property solicitor you will be required to handle a variety of commercial property matters including rural property, commercial premises and development land. Your role will include dealing with commercial leases, freehold sales and purchases and development agreements.

The ideal commercial property solicitor will have at least 5 years PQE and have a vast knowledge of commercial property matters. It is essential to be a good communicator and work well as part of a team.
