IPO Lawyer (5-7 PQE) - 14788/TTL

A top UK law firm is seeking a Hong Kong-qualified IPO lawyer to be based in Hong Kong. You will work with the most notable MNCs on HK IPOs and M&A deals. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-7 years' PQE in IPO work from either a top-tier US or UK law firm.  You must have fluent English and Mandarin Chinese for the role.
