My client, a top 50 law firm with a Legal500 ranked commercial litigation practice in London, has a new opening for a commercial litigation associate at the 1-2pqe level to join their practice in London.

The role will offer commercial disputes exposure across a broad range of sectors, acting for a mixed client base of both large private sector companies, public sector clients and some high net worth individuals as well. The disputes group is smaller than most practices within the City, allowing for a clear path for progression for the new joiner and the chance to undertake tangible fee earning work with genuine responsibility from the outset. The team is instructed on complex contractual disputes, professional negligence disputes, contentious insolvency matters, judicial reviews, and reputation management matters as well. The role will require an associate that is able to hit the ground running and enjoys the intellectual rigour that the role requires. Individuals that like working closely within a smaller team will thrive in the environment and the firm is open to applications from candidates coming from strong regional disputes practices, in addition to City firms as well.
