Client is looking for a right hand person to help organize the IT team and keep projects on track. Must be a Driver and a Collaborator who can help get things done and drive results. Multiple projects are currently underway and many projects are in the planning stage following a recent major acquisition. Numerous technology integrations and conversions involving enterprise infrastructure, ERP systems, proprietary applications and financial systems. Current project teams consist of 35+ resources. Will interact frequently with the Chief Transformation Officer.

Opportunity to roll in to a permanent position with client after 9 months +.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on project management experience with strong technical background with an understanding of IT systems and nomenclature.

  • Strong process improvement background. Current environment is low structure.

  • Background in tracking and setting project milestones is required.

  • ERP project management experience is a plus and highly desirable.

  • Industry experience is a plus. Client is in the building, wholesale, lumber business with key customers like Home Depot.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
