Job Overview:

Responsible for a variety of learning and talent development programs and initiatives, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness, leadership, management, and professional skills of our employees for the Cloud Operations organization.

* Design and developlearning solutions utilizing modern learning methods to ensure learninginitiatives are constructed to produce the desired changes in behavior,attitude, knowledge and skills needed to make real business impact
* Utilize soundinstructional design methodologies to create complex, high-quality andinnovative instructional materials and learning solutions.
* Develop and maintaintraining materials, documentation, manuals, job-aids, quick- reference guidesand other training aids.
* Develop curriculum forinternal partners that enables a pipeline of talent into the Cloud Operationsteam
* Consult and adviseproduct management to better train internal clients to utilize new Cloudservices
* Coordinate with careerdevelopment and corporate learning teams to foster a culture of career andpersonal development and lifelong learning
* Advise service owners onskill development across cloud operations, DevOps and leadership
* Support the organizationthrough major changes that require new skill development
* Collect and analyzeprogram data to in evaluate training courses and program effectiveness;identify problem areas and make recommendations for improvements.
* Responsible for avariety of learning and talent development programs and initiatives, focusingon enhancing organizational effectiveness, leadership, management, andprofessional skills of our employees for the Cloud Operations organization.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* 5+ years of demonstrated experience in an instructional design or eLearning course development and graphic/layout design
* Extensive experience in at least one of the following eLearning development tools such as Articulate Studio, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora
* Expertise in PowerPoint; Competency in MS-Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Lync) required
* Experience with audio/video editing and animation software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Soundbooth Pro, Adobe After Effects and Flash a plus
* Exceptional written, verbal, critical thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong project management experience, must be able to self-manage and prioritize projects with little supervision
