THE ROLE

A new opportunity has arisen in the London tax team.

The group works with a wide range of departments in the London office and also in conjunction with other lawyers throughout the firm to ensure that tax considerations are integrated into their clients' business and transactional projects.

Clients include Global 500 companies, start-up companies, individuals, and others, enabling the firm to share a wide-ranging depth of experience.

ABOUT YOU

A corporate tax associate ideally with 3pqe or more is now sought to complement the work of the team.

Your experience is likely to include advising on aspects of advising on aspects of corporation tax, income tax, capital gains tax, SDLT and VAT.

You will also be handling:

- domestic and cross border M&A (negotiating tax deeds/warranties/SPAs);

- negotiating and advising tax aspects of facility agreements and commercial lending, advising on real estate transactions including structuring and negotiation of documentation.
