A top tier international law firm is after an experienced tax lawyer with 4+PQE to join its London team.
What you'll be doing as a tax lawyer: working on a mix of contentious and non-contentious tax matters; advising on complex public and private M&A and private equity transactions. The ideal candidate will have previously worked as a tax lawyer in a top international / city law firm.
You will gain exposure to the highest quality work: advising investment fund clients on the structuring of their private equity and special opportunity investments, as well as related refinancing and exits.
