My client are a truly global player in the media sector, producing quality content across various areas including magazine publishing, television and many more. The Finance Director will hold a position of serious responsibility and sit on the senior Board. The successful candidate will be fully qualified and have prior media experience. Key Responsibilities:
Leading and developing a finance teamSetting detailed company-wide budgetsOverseeing project work and setting ad-hoc budgets for productionsCreating extensive mid and long term forecast modelsCharge of the monthly and quarterly reporting functionsForecast cash flow positions of the Group including weekly, annual and long range forecasts.Development and implementation of internal controls and financial proceduresOffering financial leadership in developing commercial strategy and business plansBusiness partnering with senior stakeholders on operational and strategic issues
