Senior Finance Business Partner

Sellick Partnership has been engaged to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner for a market leading and award winning independent retailer. Based in their impressive Central Manchester offices, this exciting opportunity reports to the Head of FP&A who is looking to drive the business forward through a period of growth.

Managing a team of three regional divisional finance business partners, you will provide financial and commercial analysis across all retail operations, focusing on their performance and providing actionable insight. You will work with a large portfolio of stores in constant communication with the retail operations director, divisional general managers and field teams. Being relationship driven, you will develop relationships in order to challenge performance, achieve targets and improve processes.

Completing competitor analysis and benchmarking, you will work strategically to increase market share and implement incentives. Working closely with the Head of FP&A and CFO on a variety of Ad-hoc strategic projects you will be at the forefront of the company's growth.

The person

The successful applicant will be a proactive, fully qualified Accountant (ACA/ICAS/ACCA/CIMA) with extensive experience within a multi-site retail business. Due to the nature of this position it is necessary that the successful individual is able to communicate with staff at all levels, whilst maintaining their own work load. You will be ambitious with a strong commercial background.
