Commercial Property Solicitor, 3+ PQE - Cambridge - The ever expanding commercial property team is looking to bolster their commercial property offerings through the appointment of a skilled and talented Commercial Property Solicitor.

PQE REQUIRED: 3+

SALARY: £Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:

This progressive and forward thinking practice undertakes complex and high quality commercial property work and due to the increase of new instructions they are in need of a well rounded Commercial Property Solicitor to come in and hit the ground running. Based in Cambridge, this well regarded law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to provide advice across all aspects of commercial property including leases, landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals as well as commercial development matters as the firm are continuing to receive a number of new instructions within this area.

THE CANDIDATE:

Suitable Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives are encouraged to apply for this role and will have a proven track record of dealing with a full spectrum of commercial property. Ideal Commercial Property Solicitors will have at least 3 years PQE in advising on development projects along with landlord and tenant matters, rent reviews and leases. This position would suit ambitious Commercial Property Solicitors who are looking for a new challenge where they can progress their career within a reputable practice.
