Join this fast growing Creative Agency with a network of agencies in key Markets across the world
Partner the Board incl the CEO, CFO and Managing Partners and manage the Financial Operations of the agency, including financial management of their clients
You will strengthen the Commercial function, providing practical business advice on Client performance driving best practice through the agency
The role
- Group Reporting
- Ownership of the P&L and Balance sheet
- Responsibility for Commercial function
- Business Planning & Forecasting
- Leading Client negotiation to maximise revenue and profitability
- Profitability Analysis and Review
- Improve Reporting and Systems and commercial working practices
The Person
- Ideally, but not essentially Qualified
- Ambitious, with a clear career plan
- Previous experience in a client facing, influential Commercial role is helpful
- Strong negotiator, can demonstrate value-based outcomes
