Financial Accountant

A technical financial accountant to work for a global company in Newbury

A global technology company based in Newbury

• Support the Group's reporting processes, including development of the IFRS financial
• statement proforma
• Preparation and review of IFRS reporting and technical accounting papers
• Liaison with auditors on technical accounting issues
• Support and communicate the development, setting and maintenance of IFRS financial
• accounting and reporting policies group-wide
• Interpret and implement new IFRS developments/standards
• Provide analytics, guidance and direction for Impairment analysis annually

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA accounting qualification or equivalent
• Proven technical knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Strong technical accounting and writing skills
• Solid communication skills and executive presence
• Outstanding analytical skills (financial modelling)
