Interim CFO

Partner Financial are working with an innovative, high-growth, ecommerce business who require an Interim CFO with previous experience of scaling up a fast-growth SME.

The organisation is growing rapidly and has received significant funding to continue its trajectory both in the UK and Internationally.

The Interim CFO will provide financial and operational leadership, manage key banking and investor relationships, whilst developing the internal controls, financial systems and processes within the organisation. You will lead the business through a period sustained growth and will be integral in partnering the CEO and Advisors during the recruitment of a new permanent CFO and Financial Controller.

Key requirements:  

• Experience in a CFO role in a fast-paced, scale up, high growth environment;
• Proven international and global expansion experience;
• Excellent experience of scaling up a small finance function and its systems;
• A sound technical background;
• Ability to roll-up your sleeves and get in to the detail when needed;
• A genuine business partner to the CEO who will take ownership of all financial matters; 
• Strong presence and gravitas;
• Immediately available to interview and start.
