Supply Chain Business Partner

Our client is a highly successful FMCG/Manufacturing business based in North West London. Currently seeking a commercially focussed Supply Chain Business Partner focusing on Production, Operations and Inventory to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly budgets and forecasts with a focus particularly on the manufacturing variances
• Inventory analysis and valuation of the stocktakes within the plant.
• Review production yield wastage and introduce improvements
• Labour efficiency and rate calculation and reporting
• Costing and labour productivity analysis breakdown.
• Responsible for factory performance reporting.  
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Initiate process improvement controls and make suggestions for cost savings

Profile:

You will possess some commercial acumen working in a manufacturing or similar environment. Your strong interpersonal skills will assist in driving and improving the current systems.

You will also have:

• A formal accountancy qualification
• A minimum of three years accounting experience
• Inventory/Stock, Costs and Supply Chain experience
• Sound analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A high degree of initiative and motivation
• Strong team player with a can do attitude
• Experience of a SAP ERP system, would be advantageous
