CFO

Our client is a cutting edge technology business operating in the multi-site healthcare sector.  The company is still early stage and is undergoing rapid growth and expansion hence looking to hire a CFO.  The role will partner and report to the founder CEO and will be a Board position.  The ideal candidate will have experience of being a stand-alone finance lead and will have had Board exposure previously and be comfortable working closely with various stakeholders.  The role will combine a hands on element, particularly with regard to establishing and maintaining KPI's, systems, processes and controls, with a more strategic and commercial outward facing role.  This business has a dynamic, fast paced culture and ideal candidates should be comfortable working in an evolving organisation where growth and technology as well as leading future transactions, in the form of fundraising or exit, are within the individuals experience and capability.
