A leading Oil Trading & Shipping organisation is looking for an In-House Marine Lawyer to set up their legal division.

You will be working closely with the Managing Director to manage the legal transactions for the organisation.

Key Requirements:

  • Must be 7+PQE
  • Must be a qualified lawyer
  • Must have experience working in the Maritime industry
  • Must have experience working with VLCCs and charter vessels
  • Must have experience drafting M&As, JVs and SPVs
  • Must have excellent drafting and communication skills
  • Ideally be available immediately
