THE ROLE:

Calling all Commercial Property / Development Solicitors, Senior Associates or Partners who are looking for an opportunity which offers them opportunity to real use their skills and experience within development matters. The appointed Senior Commercial Development Solicitor will be responsible for their own caseload of matters as well as supporting business development and networking activities to further enhance the property offerings within Northampton. The role requires a Commercial Development Solicitor to provide advice on strategic land matters, site set up and mixed use development matters.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Lawyers who have a sound track record in dealing with all types of property development related matters. You will have at least 6 years experience in dealing with strategic land matters, land and acquisition,and mixed use development. Ideal Commercial Property Lawyers will have a real passion for this area of law and will have gained relevant experience within a firm renowned for their development offerings. You will possess the capbility to come in and hit the ground running with your own caseload of files as well as play pivotal role in developing the profile of the firm and team.
