Legal Counsel

LAW Absolute is working in partnership with a Global Software brand in their search for  a Legal Counsel for an initial period of 4 months.

This is an opportunity for a Legal Counsel to gain a wealth of experience at a highly regarded and well established innovative brand.

Key accountabilities:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts in relation to consumer and procurement matters
• Working across EMEA and supporting the global team on ad hoc legal projects
• Addressing a range of legal matters with relation to Data Protection, Marketing, Advertising, Competition and E-commerce

The ideal candidate will:

• Have demonstrable experience working In-House across commercial and technology
• Be Customer and Consumer focused
• Have significant drafting , reviewing and negotiating skills
