Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join an established Private Practice in the North West, on Locum basis.
The successful candidate will be:
• Running their own caseload of Family files through to litigation
• Handling matters including ancillary relief, complex financial disputes on relationship breakdown, divorce, civil partnership dissolution, co-habitation disputes, pre and post nuptial agreements, co-habitation agreements, TLATA applications, domestic violence and children disputes
The successful candidate will be an experienced Solicitor who can demonstrate sufficient experience running their own caseload of family files
Salary: £20 - £30 p/h
