Head of Finance

SF Group are working with a multi-national service sector organisation, the business in question is a household name, based in Birmingham with an open and friendly culture and are recruiting for an experienced Head of Finance for their Service Delivery division. 

Our client is looking for a proven commercial finance professional who has excellent communication skills and who will be able to hit the ground running. This role will support the delivery of strategy through offering financial support and business insight. The role will lead on producing budgets and forecasts, providing business insight and analysis. Key elements involved within the roles will include but are not limited to;

• Insight and analysis of costs to support the development of a longer term procurement and operational strategy
• Developing key performance metrics to support the operational team
• Delivering forecasts and budgets that meet the overall needs of the business and effectively highlighting commercial risks and opportunities

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/ ACMA / ACA), with the ability to think creatively, act proactively and a proven track record of delivering in a challenging role!
