Finance Business Partner

Financial Business Partner needed for a global pharmaceutical business located in Berkshire!

£75,000 - £85,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for to join a multinational pharmaceutical business in Berkshire as a Finance Business Partner. This is a challenging role with excellent growth opportunities for a commercially focused and solid accounting professional. In the role you will provide financial decision support to the leadership team, whilst becoming an integral member of the team and partnering to the business.

To successfully deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to have:

• Master's degree in Economics or Finance
• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or international equivalent.
• FP&A and business partnering experience in a global FMCG business.
• P&L exposure in a large matrix business.
• Passion to succeed and create a high performing team.
• Line management experience necessary.
• Ability to drive decision making and influence the senior leadership team.

A little more information about the role:

• Single point of contact for the divisional management team for all local functions while ensuring firm alignment and support with the CFO.
• Steering of divisional performance planning - budgeting, forecasting, business analysis.
• Provide leadership and actively cooperate with other local platform functions with the aim of creating and sustaining a spirit that is based on high performance team culture.
• Interaction with and information to regional divisional businesses.
• Provide advice and decision support to divisional leadership through financial steering and planning, performance tracking, business analysis and performance management.
• Strong interaction and cooperation with local accounting and head of central controlling.
• Provide leadership to a small team of direct reports.
