JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Lawyer

PQE REQUIRED: 4 - 8 PQE

LOCATION: Leicestershire

THE ROLE:

Established leading law firm in Leicestershire are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their busy team. The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will ideally have some development experience with a minimum of 4 PQE. You should be able to hit the ground running and will be responsible for a wide range of matters relating to leasehold & freehold acquisitions, commercial leases, agreements, disposals and redevelopment, other development work and financial matters relating to property. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Commercial Property Lawyer to join a busy and thriving team.

THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER:

Applications are sought from candidates who are Commercial Property Lawyers with a minimum of 4 years PQE. You will have sound judgement and a high level of personal integrity.
