Your new role
You will be joining a nationally commended employment law practice which in recent years have won "Employment Team of the Year' as well as being Tier 1 ranked in the Legal 500 rankings.

The team offer a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment services to a very good mix of clients. The team acts for clients locally, nationally and internationally. You will be working on TUPE, redundancy, litigation and trial advocacy, covenants, grievance, senior management, senior employees and whistleblowing,

You will be exposed to some very exciting work with a diverse range of clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You will currently be a junior employment solicitor with between 1 and 3 years post qualification experience. You will have excellent commercial acumen and the ability to develop strong relationships with clients.

You will have a solid education background as well as having trained at a highly regarded firm with an exposure to good quality work. You will have a genuine desire to become a specialist employment lawyer and be able to show enthusiasm for this area of the law.
