Corporate Associate

A prestigious West-End and City law firm is seeking to hire a new corporate solicitor.

The firm have longstanding experience in advising on a range of corporate matters for a broad selection of repeat clients. Much of the work assists businesses in their development and growth and facilitates overseas and national companies in acquisitions and joint ventures. The team also has experience in Private Equity deals and acts for investors seeking new opportunities in emerging markets.

The firm needs to hire a corporate solicitor with (3-7 years' PQE) in the following:

* Capital markets (ideally AIM and NEX) - IPOs and fund raisings
* M&A - acting for buyers and sellers
* Shareholder agreements and corporate governance

The role of corporate associate will work closely with clients from the technology, aviation and renewable energy sectors. There are many overseas clients that you will be expected to manage.
