Programme Manager - Public Sector (inside IR35) - Cyber Security

We are currently recruiting for a Programme Manager on behalf of an industry leading public sector organisation.

My client have recently reviewed their cyber strategy and agreed on some cyber security objectives, the next step on delivering the objectives is to define a programme of work to achieve them.

You will be responsible for defining the cyber improvement programme and achieving approval to proceed, it is anticipated that once this approval is obtained you would go on to manage the programme.

You will be responsible for understanding stakeholder expectations, programme outcomes and benefits up front and deliver with pace and clarity.

Skillset required:

• A proven track record of leading critical and complex business and IT change at scale
• Experience running multimillion pound programmes with a broad range of change delivery experience
• Experience in vendor selection, contract negotiations and management
• Hand on management of GBPmillion plus projects

This role will offer the potential of a long term contract and excellent working environment including the ability to work from home.

Please note that this role falls within IR35 and you will be required to work through an umbrella company.
