A Legal 500 recognised commercial litigation department based in central Hertfordshire is seeking to hire a senior commercial litigation solicitor to join the expanding team and support a highly regarded partner. 
 
You will ideally be around 5-10 years PQE with experience of contract disputes, shareholder disputes, breach of contract and contentious probate. If you have also dealt with construction and contentious insolvency this would be advantageous. You will ideally have worked for a leading regional or London based practice and should have a strong academic record. The role will see you work closely with one of the firms leading partners who is head of department within a highly regarded and very collegiate team. The successful candidate will have been involved in marketing and business development and if they are able to bring any clients this would be welcomed.
