Health & Safety Regulatory Senior Associate Bristol

Interesting new Senior Associate role for an experienced Health & Safety Regulatory role for Top Tier firm in Bristol. You will be joining a Top 50 award winning Law Firm, top tier for Projects, energy and procurement work, working closely with friendly approachable Partners who offer high quality work, both national and international Health & Safety regulatory work.

The Bristol team provide the full spectrum of legal compliance advice to a broad client portfolio as well as supporting clients subjected to health and safety regulatory investigations, often following serious health and safety incidents. You will be joining a top tier team, acting for clients across a broad range of industry sectors, in particular energy and utilities, transport and automotive (including rail), real estate and infrastructure, retail, digital business and financial services. projects services, providing clients with high-level expertise in procurement structuring, project set-up, finance, execution and exit.

The focus of this Bristol based role will be on preparing complex health and safety advices (non-contentious) as well as broader advice on compliance systems, health and safety governance and training. The candidate will ideally also have the skill-set to provide litigation support and advice to clients following a serious incident (and the ensuing regulatory investigation) although this is not mandatory.
