Commercial Contracts Solicitor. 
 
A Legal 500 firm in Central Hertfordshire is looking to hire a commercial contracts solicitor to develop a key area of the firms commercial services.  
 
You will be an established commercial contracts solicitor with experience that includes distribution, data protection, franchising, IT related agreements, licensing and some intellectual property matters, along with other standard and bespoke commercial contracts. You should also have corporate support experience and whilst the role will see you work across the retail, industrial and logistic sector, experience with the recruitment services industrial would be advantageous. The ideal solicitor will have a strong academic record and be able to demonstrate a track record of successful marketing and business development. The firm can offer excellent prospects with either immediate partnership or fast track to partnership for senior individuals.
