Leading management consultancy seeks experienced lawyer to join in-house legal team.
You will advise and support the business across a range of commercial issues and projects.
Commercial negotiations are a key part of this position but the vast majority of the team have corporate transactional backgrounds and this is preferred for the position.
This is a highly visible role within the organisation, interfacing with senior management, so a lawyer with a good commercial mindset and an interest in working in a collaborative team environment is essential.
