Property/Casualty Insurance Lawyer NQ+ TO £££
Join this leading insurance practice and advise on a wide variety of claims arising out of property damage, including fire, water, subsidence, construction and impact damage. The role involves running a case load of subrogated recovery matters on behalf of a range of insurers. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to run a claim from first instruction, through to proceedings when necessary. A knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules is therefore essential.
