A fantastic role has arisen to work at a top tier international law firm in Birmingham who are seeking a 2-6 PQE solicitor to join their growing property team.
The ideal candidate:
- 2-6 years PQE with experience handling property disputes matters
- Experience working within a large firm
- Excellent academic background with strong communication skills
- Excellent technical knowledge and commercially aware
- Committed to excellence in client service with a client focussed approach
- Proven track record within a supervisory position
The role will consist of a varied workload across a wide scope of the business including:
- Commercial property management work
- Property development risk avoidance, advice and dispute resolution
- Opportunity to take on property work outside the usual PDR remit
- Business development
