Our client is a boutique practice based in the South East who are planning to open an office in Bristol and are looking for key individuals to play strategically important roles in their new office.

They are ideally looking for a senior commercial property lawyer. This role would perhaps suit you if you are someone who has good contacts and maybe a small following of work but perhaps don't want to set up on your own or you don't have the following required to join many other firms. The firm have plenty of work and some of this could be passed to the new Bristol office whilst you are developing your own practice. The work is mainly corporate support work for a mix of clients but the main client base is typically SME/OMB clients.
