Employment Investigations Solicitor.
The rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an impressive and technically strong Employment Investigations Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join an award winning, Legal 100 firm in Norwich.
The role will involve providing investigative advice on employment matters (often highly complex and sensitive) on behalf of both employers and employees. Types of cases you would be investigating include: grievance and disciplinary, discrimination, disciplinary hearings and appeals, TUPE and wrongful and unfair dismissal.
The ideal candidate will therefore be an Employment Investigations Solicitor who is extremely analytical, with strong drafting skills, whilst being able to provide clear and impartial employment advice for clients. You will also possess a good academic record and will have come from a highly regarded regional or City firm.
Experience or an interest in business development is essential, as the firm places great importance on maintaining existing and building new relationships with clients. The firm will provide invaluable ongoing training and support and can offer long term career opportunities for ambitious individuals.
The firm have a flexible working policy and will therefore happily consider candidates who require some flexibility. The firm also support those who would be relocating.
