In-house Legal Counsel 5+ PQE

This global manufacturer with headquarters in the South-West England are seeking to expand their department with an experienced lawyer.

Key responsibilities include drafting, advising and negotiating long term commercial agreements for products, drafting and negotiating third party agreements and providing advice on legal risk and compliance issues.

To be successful, candidates are likely to be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or equivalent, with a minimum 5 years' post qualified legal experience. Ideally you will have a good grasp of intellectual property law and experience working in a regulated sector. Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry would be a bonus but not essential. In return you'll be offered a competitive salary package, car allowance and pension scheme.
