Our client, a national specialist Private Client firm, are currently recruiting for an experienced Private Client solicitor to join and help to grow their professional services firm. This experienced Private Client Solicitor will contribute to the firms continued and ambitious plans for future growth. The role will be based in Newcastle but you will operate nationally.

The firm are looking to grow their Trusts and Private Client department and the successful candidate will be required to work with existing and new clients of the firm, and this will include creating bespoke strategies and ideas to manage this growing area. You will advise upon inheritance and capital gains tax issues, whilst also ensuring the advice takes into account of legislative changes. You will also be expected to generate new business from intermediaries such as accounts and financial advisors.

Applications for this Private Client solicitor role will be considered from qualified solicitors only with a minimum of 3 years PQE with broad experience in all aspects of Private Client work including Tax and Trusts law.

It would be a distinct advantage to be part or fully STEP qualified and interested in leading your own market segment.
