Financial Controller (Oil & Gas)

This oil and gas services business are looking to expand in the Uk in the next few years having had a period of sustained success.

Your new role
This role represents the most senior finance position in the UK, reporting into the global CFO, setting up functions

Duties

• Overall ownership for the delivery of group financial statements
• Cashflow forecasting
• UK Tax
• Setting up new processes
• Working with the operational business to understand and interpret financial performance at a high level
• Play a truly commercial role in influencing strategic decisions by being 'face of finance'
• Reporting into Group CFO

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to understand or be interested in the engineering / oil & gas sector and have a strong accounting experience. The role will require a qualified accountant with staff management experience as well as ideally experience in a global business.
