Head of Employment - Newcastle
This highly-regarded Law firm has gone from strength to strength over the last few years, building on their corporate and commercial expertise and penetrating both the regional and national market.
We are looking for someone who is looking be part of facilitating the growth of this practice - The chosen Head of Employment will be part of the small senior team - based out of their Newcastle office - adding your advice and expertise as they go through a new exciting, yet challenging, phase in their growth. You will advise on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues and have experience in preparing and representing on employment tribunal matter. Experience in GDPR would also be advantageous.
We are looking for candidates with upwards of 5 years' PQE, although this is not essential if you can demonstrate you hold the right skills to fulfil the role.
The successful Employment Solicitor will have complete autonomy over how you develop the employment practice, and you will work with the team to develop the brand. You will require up to date employment law knowledge and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. This is a factice opportunity to join a highly successful Employment team and develop your career with the support of a Legal 500 outfit.
