Private Client Solicitor: Wills, Trust & Probate Team Leader (part-time)

9-2-3 Jobs is an agency specialising in finding flexible roles for professionals. We currently have a part-time role (around 25 hours/week) for an experienced Private Client Solicitor with at least 5yrs PQE. 

Our client currently employs two small employed teams undertaking corporate and real estate legal work. They are now seeking a team leader to set up and lead a Wills, Trust and Probate practice. They are introducing a dynamic methodology to help business owners grow and sell their companies - and envisage that with the right marketing, this will drive demand for a Wills, Trust & Probate service. They have ambitious plans and envisage a national full service law firm within 7 years.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• An ambitious, empathetic and confident leader is needed who has excellent technical skills, is commercially astute, an innovative thinker and is a great communicator.
• It is likely that the successful candidate will have experience working for firms with high net worth private clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 - 30 yrs PQE.
• The candidate will be STEP qualified (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
• Complex tax planning around Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax will be a key practice area.
